4. הסכום הכולל לחציון
ב־15 בדצמבר וב־15 ביוני של כל שנה יודיע המנהל למוסד לביטוח לאומי (להלן – המוסד), את הסכום הכולל של העלויות בעד השירותים הרפואיים לכלל המבוטחים הלוקים במחלות קשות בכל קופות החולים, לחציון שתחילתו לאחר מועד ההודעה (להלן – הסכום הכולל לחציון).
