4. מסירת מידע למוסד
מגיש דרישה ימציא למוסד, לפי דרישתו, כל מסמך או מידע הנחוצים לו לצורך מילוי תפקידו לפי סעיף 3א לחוק; לא מסר למוסד מסמך או מידע כאמור, רשאי המוסד לעכב את הטיפול בדרישה או לבקש ממנו כי ישלים את החסר בתוך 21 ימים; לא השלים את החסר עד למועד האמור, תידחה הדרישה.
