(א)בצו זה, ”תעריף המכס“ – צו תעריף המכס והפטורים ומס קניה על טובין, התשס״ד–2004.
(ב)לכל המונחים האחרים תהא המשמעות הנודעת להם בתעריף המכס, אלא אם כן נאמר במפורש אחרת.
