1. קביעת מחסן מכס
מחסן בבסיס צה״ל שיקבע מנהל המכס יחד עם המנהל הכללי של משרד הבטחון או מי שהוא הסמיך לכך, שבו יאוחסן ציוד צבאי, יהיה מחסן מכס.
