1. קביעת שיעור ריבית
שיעור הריבית לענין סעיף 19(א) ו־(ב) לחוק יהיה כמפורט להלן:
(1)בשנת המס 1983 לגבי התקופה המתחילה ביום כ״ד בתשרי התשמ״ד (1 באוקטובר 1983) – 170%;
(2)משנת המס 1984 ואילך – 90% משיעור עליית המדד בשנת המס.
