19. ערר
על החלטה של יושב ראש ועדה אזורית לפי סעיף 23נט(ב)(2) לחוק ניתן לערור ליושב ראש הוועדה המרכזית, בהתאם לסעיף 17ד לחוק דרכי תעמולה כפי שהוחל בסעיף 23נט(ז) לחוק, ויחולו על הדיון בערר סעיפים 17 עד 29 להוראות הבחירות (דרכי תעמולה) (סדרי הדין בבקשות ועררים), התשע״ה–2015, בשינויים המחויבים.
