3. בקשה לקבלת מידע
הבקשה לקבלת מידע תועבר באמצעות שאילתה כפי שקבע המנהל ואשר תתייחס לאחד או יותר מאלה:
(1)אפיון הנכסים שלגביהם מתבקש המידע, בהתאם לאפיון שקבע המנהל;
(2)פרטי רישום המקרקעין בספרי המנהל;
(3)שווי מכירה של מקרקעין;
(4)יום מכירת המקרקעין;
(5)שם היישוב שמצויים בו המקרקעין.
