1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”איגרת חסכון“ – איגרת שהוצאה על ידי בנק על שמו של יחיד המפקיד במסגרת תכנית חסכון, שלגביה הוצא צו לפי סעיף 5(4) לחוק לעידוד החסכון (ערבות למילוות והנחות ממס הכנסה), תשט״ז–1956.
