Section 1 of צו עידוד השקעות הון (קביעת הגבלה לסכום מענק השקעה למפעל להשכרת ציוד), התשמ״א–1981, סכום מענק השקעה.
1. סכום מענק השקעה
סכום מענק ההשקעה הניתן למפעל להשכרת ציוד לא יעלה על הסכום ששולם למעשה, במסגרת התכנית, כהון מניות או כהון עצמי בשני אלה –
(1)בתאגיד שבבעלותו המפעל להשכרת ציוד;
(2)בתאגיד שבבעלותו המפעל ששכר את הציוד;
ובלבד שהסכום ששולם למעשה כהון מניות או כהון עצמי בתאגידים כאמור לא יפחת, בכל אחד מהם, מ־10% מערך ההשקעה במסגרת התכנית אשר בשלה מבוקש המענק.
