1. הגדרות
בכללים אלה –
”אזור“, ”המועצה“ ו”שליטה“ – כהגדרתם בחוק;
”הועדה“ – המועצה בשבתה כועדת המכרזים לפי סעיף 40 לחוק;
”יושב ראש הועדה“ – יושב ראש המועצה או מי שנתמנה ממלא מקומו לפי סעיף 12 לחוק;
”מכרז“ – מכרז לפי החוק למתן זכיון לשידורי רדיו באזור כהגדרתו בסעיף 72(א) לחוק.
