2. החזר תשלומי מימון
תיקון: תשנ״ג, תשס״א
(א)בעל זכיון אשר שילם תשלומי מימון לרשות, תחזיר לו הרשות את תשלומי המימון באופן האמור בכללים אלה.
(ב)תשלומי המימון יוחזרו לבעל הזכיון בתשלומים חודשיים, בדרך של קיזוז מהתמלוגים שישלם בעל הזכיון לרשות בכל חודש.
(ג)(בוטל).

(ה)(בוטל).
(ו)(בוטל).
(ז)הסכום החדשי המוחזר לבעל זכיון לפי כללים אלה לא יעלה על התמלוגים שהוא משלם באותו חודש.
