בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיפים 1 ו־2 לפקודת המועצות המקומיות, אני מצווה לאמור:
1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”המועצה“ – המועצה האזורית מפעלות אפק;
”הצו העיקרי“ – צו המועצות המקומיות (מועצות אזוריות), תשי״ח–1958.
2. הוראה
על אף האמור בסעיף 91 לצו העיקרי, יראו את הישוב כפר מעש שבתחום המועצה כישוב שאינו שיתופי לענין בחירות הועד המקומי.
