6. חובת מכרזים
על התקשרויות הרשות המאוחדת או הרשויות המקומיות בחוזה לביצוע עסקה בטובין או במקרקעין, לביצוע עבודה או לרכישת שירותים יחולו דיני המכרזים במועצות המקומיות, אם לא שונו בתקנות אלה.
