2. הגשת לבדיקה מוקדמת
כל אדם המדפיס או מפרסם דבר דפוס או פרסום הנוגע למיקום של נפילה או פגיעת אמל״ח אויב, לרבות טילים מכל סוג, באמצעי התקשורת ובמרשתת (לרבות ברשתות החברתיות, בבלוגים, בצ׳אטים וכיו״ב), חייב להגישו לבדיקה מוקדמת של הצנזורה לפני הדפסתו או פרסומו.
