13. תחילה
(א)תחילתן של תקנות אלה 13 חודשים מיום פרסומן (להלן – יום התחילה) (התקנות פורסמו ביום 2.7.2025 ותחילתן ביום 2.8.2026).
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), מותר לפעול לפי תקנות אלה מיום פרסומן.
