21. אתר הנצחה
(א)במרכז יוקם אתר הנצחה שיכלול תערוכה ומוצגים הנוגעים לחייו, פועלו ומורשתו של דוד לוי ברוח מטרות החוק.
(ב)האתר יהיה פתוח לציבור ויתקיימו בו, באופן סדיר, פעילויות הנצחה, פעילויות מוזאליות ופעולות תרבות, חינוך והסברה, הקשורות בפועלו ובמורשתו של דוד לוי.
