5. מטרות המרכז
מטרות המרכז הן:
(1)להעמיק את ההיכרות עם פועלו ומורשתו של דוד לוי, מנהיג חברתי ומדיני, לרבות בדרכים הבאות:
(א)קידום החקר החברתי והמדיני ברוח מורשתו של דוד לוי ובכלל זה בתחום יחסי החוץ של מדינת ישראל;
(ב)עידוד פעילות חינוכית ברוח מורשתו של דוד לוי;
(2)לשקף את אישיותו של דוד לוי כמנהיג חברתי ומדיני.
