4. תשלום אגרה כתנאי למתן רישיון או ביצוע בחינות
הרשם לא ייתן רישיון שנקבעה בעדו אגרה לפי תקנות אלה ולא יחדשו, וכן האגף להכשרה מקצועית לא יאפשר ביצוע של הבחינות הנדרשות או הגשת השגה על בחינות, שנקבעה בעדן אגרה לפי תקנות אלה, אלא אם כן מבקש הרישיון או השירות כאמור שילם את האגרה במלואה לפי תקנות אלה.
