3. פרסום
(א)משרד לתיור יציג במקום עסקו את המחיר בעד השירותים הניתנים בו, כשהוא כולל כל מס, אגרה, תשלום חובה ודמי שירות, והמחיר כאמור לתייר חוץ לאחר הפחתת המסים מהם הוא פטור.
(ב)המחירים כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) יפורסמו בעברית ובשפה לועזית אחת לפחות.
