2. קביעת היטל
נקבע בזה היטל על יצרנים ויבואנים של מכלים למשקאות בשיעורים כלהלן:
(1)יצרנים – 0.25 אחוז מסך כל המכירות של מכלים למשקאות;
(2)יבואנים – 0.25 אחוז מערך היבוא של מכלים למשקאות, כפי שנקבע לענין דיני המכס.
