אין בהוראות סעיף 6 לחוק זה כדי לגרוע מאיסור על פגיעה בהיקף משרה או בהכנסה לפי פרק שביעי לחוק החיילים המשוחררים (החזרה לעבודה), התש״ט–1949, או לפי סימן א׳ לפרק שביעי לחוק משפחות חיילים שנספו במערכה (תגמולים ושיקום), התש״י–1950.
