3. תוכנית עדות
עם גמר ביצוע העבודות להקמת המבנים והמיתקנים, הגורם המבצע יערוך תוכנית עדות (AS MADE) ויעביר עותק ממנה בצירוף האישורים שקיבל לפי הוראות סעיף (2) לוועדה המקומית המשותפת למתחם בז״ן ולמשרד האנרגיה והתשתיות; לתוכנית עדות תצורף מפה המציגה את המבנים והמיתקנים שנהרסו והוקמו מכוח צו זה והיקפם; המפה תפורסם באתר האינטרנט של משרד האנרגיה והתשתיות.
