4. זכויות עקב פגיעה לפי דין אחר
תיקון: תשנ״ג
זכאי לתגמול לפי תקנות אלה הזכאי לפיצוי מכוח אותה עילה לפי דיני המדינה שבה נפגע או הארץ שבה הוא תושב, לא יהיה זכאי לתגמולים לפי החוק.
