Section 2 of תקנות הגנת הדייר (מומחים), תשל״א–1971, בדיקת המושכר.
2. בדיקת המושכר
(א)מומחה שנקבע כאמור בתקנה 1 ורצה לערוך בדיקה במושכר, יודיע על כך למחזיק במושכר לפחות שלושה ימים מראש.
(ב)הודעה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) תהיה בכתב ותפרט את התאריך והזמן שבו תיערך הבדיקה; להודעה יצורף העתק מהחלטת בית הדין לענין קביעת המומחה.
