4. שינוי המספר הכולל של חברי ועדות האתיקה
לבקשת ועדת אתיקה מחוזית או ארצית, רשאית המועצה הארצית לשנות את החלטתה, לפי סעיפים 1 עד 3, בדבר המספר הכולל של חברי ועדת האתיקה בוועדה המבקשת, ובלבד שמספר החברים לאחר השינוי לא יחרוג מן הטווח הקבוע באותם סעיפים.
