1. מועד הבחירות
חברי בית הדין המשמעתי הארצי (להלן – בית הדין הארצי) הנבחרים לפי סעיף 14 לחוק אחת ל־4 שנים, ייבחרו, במועד שיקבע יושב ראש המועצה הארצית, ובתנאי שיחול לא יאוחר מ־75 ימים מתום כהונת חברי בית הדין הארצי היוצא (להלן – מועד הבחירות).
