13. קביעת הנבחרים
(א)מועמד שקיבל את המספר הרב ביותר של הקולות ייחשב כמי שנבחר ראשון ברשימת הנבחרים לבית הדין הארצי וכן הלאה עד להשלמת המנין של כל מספר המקומות העומדים לבחירה.
(ב)זכו מספר מועמדים במספר קולות שווה ייקבע מקומם בסדר הנבחרים בזה אחר זה על פי הגרלה ביניהם. ההגרלה תיערך בידי ועדת הבחירות מיד לאחר סיום מנין הקולות.
