2. פטור מתשלום דמי כניסה
(א)מנהל מוזאון הכנסת, באישור המנהל הכללי של הכנסת ובהתייעצות עם חשב הכנסת, רשאי, מטעמים הומניטריים, לתת פטור מתשלום דמי כניסה למוזאון לתקופה קצובה אשר לא תעלה על שישה חודשים, למי שנמנה עם קבוצת אוכלוסייה שזכאית לסיוע מיוחד מהמדינה בשל מצב של מלחמה או מצב מיוחד בעורף כהגדרתו בחוק ההתגוננות האזרחית, התשי״א–1951, או נסיבות חריגות אחרות.
(ב)בט״ו בשבט, ביום העצמאות וביום ירושלים, הכניסה למוזאון תהיה בלא תשלום.
