3. תחולת תקנות סדר הדין האזרחי
תקנות סדר הדין האזרחי יחולו על סדרי הדין בהליך בבית המשפט בעניין הסדר גישור בין־לאומי לפי אמנת סינגפור, אם אין בתקנות אלה הוראה אחרת לעניין הנדון.
