האגרות לשנת הכספים שתחילתה ביום י״ח בניסן התשמ״ג (1 באפריל 1983) ישולמו תוך 15 ימים מיום פרסומו של צו זה ולא תחול עליהן ההצמדה הקבועה בסעיף 6.
