13. שפת הסימון
לא ימסור אדם להובלה בכלי טיס חומר מסוכן אלא אם כן וידא כי כל סימון הקשור בחומרים מסוכנים הוא בשפה האנגלית, ואם דרשה זאת מדינת המוצא – גם בשפה שדרשה מדינת המוצא.
