3. רישיון הפעלה אווירית מתאים להובלת חומרים מסוכנים
רישיון הפעלה אווירית מתאים לפי סעיף 74(א)(1) לחוק יהיה רישיון הפעלה אווירית שבמפרטי ההפעלה המהווים חלק ממנו הורשה בעל הרישיון להפעיל את כלי הטיס באחד מאלה:
(1)הובלת חומרים מסוכנים;
(2)עבודות אוויר שבהן נעשה שימוש בחומרים מסוכנים; לעניין זה, ”עבודות אוויר“ – הפעלה מסחרית שאינה הובלת נוסעים, מטען או דואר, בתמורה.
