32. מידע לאנשים אחרים
המפעיל האווירי, המוסר חומרים מסוכנים להובלה בכלי טיס, וכל גוף אחר מטעמם הקשור בהובלת חומרים מסוכנים בכלי טיס, יספק לכל מי שפועל מטעמו כל מידע הדרוש למילוי חובותיו של הפועל מטעמו כאמור, לעניין הובלה (transport) של החומרים המסוכנים, וכן הוראות לעניין הפעולות שעליו לנקוט במקרה חירום הנובע מהובלה כאמור.
