8. חומרים מסוכנים האסורים לחלוטין בהובלה אווירית
לא יוביל אדם בכלי טיס חומר שלפי ההוראות הטכניות אסור בהובלה בכלי טיס בכל הנסיבות, וכן פריט או חומר שבתנאים רגילים לתובלה אווירית עלול להתפוצץ, להגיב בצורה מסוכנת, לייצר להבה או לפתח חום מסוכן או פליטה מסוכנת של אדים או גזים רעילים, משתכים או מתלקחים.
