3. הוראת מעבר
כאמור בסעיף 55א12יז(ט)(4) לפקודה, אפשר להמשיך לשווק תמרוק שיובא לישראל או יוצר בישראל לפני מועד כניסת העדכון לתוקף בישראל, כמפורט בטור ד׳ בטבלה שבתוספת, לפי ההוראות המאומצות כנוסחן לפני העדכון, אלא אם כן נקבעה בטור ה׳ לטבלה האמורה הוראת מעבר אחרת, ולעניין זה יראו את מועד הגשת הצהרת הייבוא למכס לפי סעיף 62 לפקודת המכס כמועד ייבוא התמרוק.
