6. הסכם לעניין תשלום באמצעות ועדה מקומית
נוסף על האמור בתקנות אלה, רשאי מנהל רשות המסים להגיע להסכם עם ועדה מקומית לצורך הבטחת גביית מס השבחת המטרו באמצעות אותה ועדה מקומית.
