(א)הקנס המרבי שרשאי קצין שיפוט להטיל על אסיר בשל עבירת בית סוהר כאמור בסעיף 58(א)(3) לפקודה לא יעלה על 200 שקלים חדשים (נכון לאפריל 1991; החל מאפריל 2025, 660.33 ש״ח).
(ב)הסכום המרבי שרשאי קצין שיפוט לחייב בו אסיר בשל נזק שגרם כאמור בסעיף 59(א) לפקודה הוא 1000 שקלים חדשים (נכון לאפריל 1991; החל מאפריל 2025, 3,307.43 ש״ח).
