Section 3 of צו המועצות המקומיות (חלוקת הכנסות בין המועצה האזורית עמק יזרעאל לבין עיריית מגדל העמק), התשפ״ו–2025, אופן חלוקת עודף ההכנסות.
3. אופן חלוקת עודף ההכנסות
(א)עודף ההכנסות יחולק בין הרשויות המקומיות בשיעורים מסך כל עודף ההכנסות, כמפורט להלן:
(1)המועצה האזורית עמק יזרעאל – 50%;
(2)עיריית מגדל העמק – 50%.
(ב)המועצה האזורית עמק יזרעאל תעביר לעיריית מגדל העמק את חלקה של עיריית מגדל העמק בעודף הכנסות לפי האמור בסעיף זה.
