Section 3 of צו המועצות המקומיות (חלוקת הכנסות בין המועצה האזורית עמק יזרעאל לבין המועצה המקומית זרזיר), התשפ״ו–2025, אופן חלוקת עודף ההכנסות.
3. אופן חלוקת עודף ההכנסות
(א)ההכנסות יחולקו בין הרשויות המקומיות בשיעורים מסך כל ההכנסות, כמפורט להלן:
(1)המועצה האזורית עמק יזרעאל – 40%;
(2)המועצה המקומית זרזיר – 60%.
(ב)המועצה האזורית עמק יזרעאל תעביר למועצה המקומית זרזיר את חלקה של המועצה המקומית זרזיר בהכנסות לפי האמור בסעיף זה.
