תקופה שתקנות אלה חלות עליה לא תובא במנין הימים לגבי חישוב מועד או זמן לעשיית דבר שבסדר הדין או שבנוהג שנקבע בחיקוק או בהחלטת בית המשפט, בהחלטת הרשם או בהחלטת רשם ההוצאה לפועל.
