12. המצאה באמצעי אלקטרוני
(א)המצאה באמצעי אלקטרוני, למעט המצאה ליושב ראש הוועדה לפי תקנה 2(א), תהיה רק לאחר קבלת הסכמת הנמען להמצאה כאמור.
(ב)המצאה ראשונה לאותה תיבת דואר אלקטרוני תיענה בתשובת הנמען כי קיבל את ההמצאה.
