21. שמירת מסמכים
שמאי פינוי ובינוי ישמור את כל המסמכים שהגיעו אליו לצורך הדיון ואגב הדיון, לפרק זמן של שבע שנים מעת שנתן את החלטתו, והוא רשאי לשמור אותם באמצעות מדיה מגנטית.
