1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”מקורות“ – מקורות חברת מים בע״מ;
”העבודות“ – העבודות והשימושים הנדרשים להקמת סכר עפר זמני דרומית לתחנת מוצא הכינרת בתחום אפיק הירדן הדרומי, להתקנת יחידות שאיבה, קווי מים וקווי חשמל תת־קרקעיים, להעמקת תעלת מוצא הכינרת ולהקמת אתר התארגנות זמני במהלך ביצוע העבודות האמורות;
”רשות הרישוי“ – רשות רישוי ארצית כמשמעותה בסעיף 158סא(א) לחוק.
