בתקנות אלה –
”אחראי מערכת“ – קצין משטרה ממינהל הטכנולוגיות שהסמיך ראש מינהל טכנולוגיות במשטרת ישראל;
”המאגר“ – ”מאגר נתוני זיהוי (תקשורת)“ כהגדרתו בסעיף 7(א) לחוק.
