3. תוכנית עדות
עם גמר ביצוע העבודות להקמת צנרת הדלק החדשה, הגורם המבצע יערוך תוכנית עדות (AS MADE) ויעביר עותק ממנה בצירוף המסמכים והאישורים שקיבל בהתאם להוראות סעיף 2, לוועדה המקומית שבתחומה מונחת צנרת הדלק החדשה, למשרד האנרגיה והתשתיות ולמשרד להגנת הסביבה.
