3. תוקף ההוראות
הוראה לפי סעיף 2(א) תהיה בתוקף לתקופה האמורה בה שלא תעלה על 90 ימים; ואולם אם שוכנע ראש הממשלה כי התנאים המפורטים בסעיף האמור ימשיכו להתקיים גם לאחר התקופה האמורה, רשאי שר התקשורת, בהסכמת ראש הממשלה ובאישור ועדת השרים או הממשלה, להאריך את תקופת תוקפה לתקופה שלא תעלה על 90 ימים נוספים בכל פעם, בכפוף להתקיימות האמור בסעיף 2(ב).
