4. הזמנה לדיון
(א)משהוגשה בקשה יקבע בית המשפט מועד לדיון בה, ויודיע עליו בכתב למבקש.
(ב)בית המשפט ימציא למשיב לא פחות מ־14 ימים לפני המועד הקבוע לדיון, הזמנה בכתב, ערוכה לפי טופס 3 שבתוספת, בצירוף עותק מהבקשה ומהמסמכים שצורפו לה.
