9. מענק לבתי חולים המבצעים שינויים נדרשים לטובת הרפורמה בסטז׳
סכום כולל של 1,012,000 שקלים חדשים יחולק לבתי חולים כלליים המוכרים לסטז׳, כמענק חד־פעמי בסכום של 43,000 שקלים לכל בית חולים, וזאת בעד הטמעת הרפורמה בסטז׳ ובכללה – הטמעת שאלוני הערכה ממוחשבים ובניית תוכניות סטז׳ לפי קיצור תקופת הסטז׳; בית חולים המוכר לסטז׳ חלקי – לחלק מחודשי הסטז׳, יקבל סכום זה באופן יחסי לסטז׳ מלא.
