5. דיווח
תיקון: תשפ״ז
(א)בית החולים ידווח למשרד הבריאות על היעדרות עמית רופא שהגיע מחוץ לישראל לתקופה העולה על שבועיים ועל סיום העסקה בבית החולים.
(ב)עד יום הדיווח יגיש בית החולים למשרד הבריאות דיווח שיכלול את הפרטים האלה: תחום ההתמחות שבו הוכשר עמית הרופא; הערכה כללית של בית החולים את התוכנית; וכן נתונים על משך העסקה בפועל של עמית הרופא.
