5. תנאים נוספים לביצוע הפעילות
(א)תקצוב בעד אשפוז בית של חולים ממחלקות אחרות יינתן רק אם מנהל המחלקה הקצה כוח אדם המתאים לטיפול באשפוז בית לשם אבחנתו הקלינית המסוימת של המטופל.
(ב)לא יינתן תקצוב בעד מטופלים שחויבו בקוד DRG.
